Service animals are not subject to fees. ADA’s definition of a Service Animal is an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.

Hotel San Buena is a smoke-free property. Evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee of $350 plus taxes.

Overnight hotel guests are welcome to take personal photographs or videos while enjoying their stay, so long as the images and videos are for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Professional photography/videography is only allowed for contracted weddings or special events taking place at the hotel. All commercial photoshoots are reviewed by our sales team, and charges generally apply.
